My interests include stories, awesome women, excellent fellows, food, pretty dresses, feelings, and stars.
So @boltsaglowing linking to that Chris clip earlier sent me off on my long-imminent Skins (UK) (Gen 1) feelings tour, of which this vid is one of the most perfect representatives. It’s just such a beautiful encapsulation of what initially drew me to the show (and what keeps pulling me back, despite its many (MANY) failings), that it’s this earnest depiction of how many ways there are to be fucked up as a teenager, but simultaneously how many ways you carve out a space for yourself, and, just, my heart.
This vid is amazing, hella spoilers for Series 1 & 2, I don’t go here but I have a lot of feelings, good night.
